I think he could use the drop. He is alittle small for 155 but 145 he should be very strong there.

I thought he should do this after TUF. He and Manny Gamburyan are perfect for 145lbs. I said the same thing about Manny a few years ago. Ross is alot better than Manny imo and could be fighting for the title in the future.
