They're saying you should. I'm saying that if that's the case I'd rather stay at home and raise my kids instead of paying to have someone else do it. I'm not saying lay around on the couch but if I was to stay at home while my wife worked there would never be a call to a plumber, carpenter, cook, landscaper etc because I'd handle all that shit. The real question is how would the woman in your life feel about her husband not earning any money?
BTW what's with the Nazi shit? Our fearless forum leader, Golbez, declared me as a racist because I said I wouldnt want to live in texas due to all the illegal immigrants and the drug cartel. I didnt know that equated to being a racist, but since Golbez said it, it must be true...So alas, here I am with Nazi shit. Oh ok, thanks.

So says the most loved guy on the board. He's the 1 that stays at home while he makes his wife work and i'm the pussy. Another smart, well thought out post by Wolf. Man I should've dropped out of high school. Maybe then I would've been as smart as he is. |

I'm not crying. I don't care. You're the one trying to prove yourself by telling us your families life story. |

Freak, tell us how you really feel? I was 17 when I graduated. Is that unusual? Not in Australia. Half the people graduate high school when they're 17 the other half 18. |

Freak, tell us how you really feel? I was 17 when I graduated. Is that unusual? He's saying that even though he dropped out of high school he still had his GED and was already on his way to college the same time as everyone else his age so the dropout thing doesn't really fit

Dont lie you know you wouldnt be a man if you did it though. I dont see anyone going around saying man that Federline sure is a real man's man. Really? Because I think most men would LOVE to pull a Federline. And I could really give 2 shits what anyone thought about my manhood in that situation. Really I have to question anyone's intelligence if they would turn down something like that. Seriously in that situation would you really give 2 shits what anyone thought about your manhood? I'm not going to complain when I'm balls deep and doing whatever I want LOL. LMAO but the question is would you be a real man? And we all know the answer is no. I am not saying that a bunch of guys would not love to be rich like that but thats not what we are talking about. If you are a Mr. Mom you are not a real man. If the situation you are in dictates that you stay at home with your children and care for your family and are forced to swallow your pride for the sake of your loved ones, then you are absolutely a real man. Real men do whatever it takes to provide for their family and sometimes varying situations make for non traditional roles to play out. Exactly. Some of the opinions in this thread just reek of people trying to tell themselves that they're meaningless 9-5 jobs somehow makes them special and they're a real man. Like this issue is that black and white lol

| I don't particularly care for the standards or unwritten rules society set on what makes a man or a strong woman.
I say they both work. If one of them HAS to stay home because they added baggage to their lives then the one that is qualified for the best job for the most money can work. If it's the woman who makes the most money it does not make the man any less of a man or make the woman any more of a woman.
