Considering he struggled against a fat Italian midget dinosaur, why would he think he would ever succeed at heavyweight?

Just to recap Porter put on a dominating performance. Just outboxed and bullied Munoz. Munoz was tough as nails and had some skill, but the big difference was Porter was stronger and quick enough to slip any serious punches. Munoz was a bloody mess before it got stopped. It became tough to watch because Porter was landing tons of hard combinations, but nothing strong enough to put Munoz down.

Porter showed some solid bobbing and weaving, good head movement, and had some nice hooks and uppercuts coming off of the ducks. He was patient, but aggressive. Only issue is that he was too bouncy.

Tarver vs. this other dude has been terrible to watch, but Tarver might get stopped!

I predict Toney vs Tarver next year.

Porter was very good tonight, much better than the Robinson fight.

Tarver looks HORRIBLE. I hope this is his last fight, he does a good job as a broadcaster, no need to keep taking shots to the head.

Well that's the last time I'll see Tarver fight so he just retired as far as I'm concerned.

This fight was horrible. Aguilera fought like he was told not to hurt Tarver.

Tarver said he'd pulled something near his shoulder blade. To be fair on Tarver his opponent refused to engage and hopped on a bicycle for the majority of the fight.

Aguero (guess) could have given Taver trouble if he engaged more, was not very impressed with Tarver's debut at HW tonight.

Nobody was. Tarver's 41 and out of shape at heavyweight, todays behemoths will obliterate him.

Just watched the fight. Tarver didn't look good. He looked old. I also question him coming in at 221. How about coming in lighter????

I don't foresee Tarver making any noise at heavyweight. I have always hated him as a fighter, but he is a good analyst. He should retire and do that before he gets lucky and gets destroyed by Wlad, Vitali, or Mr. 13 punches.
