| 1)Eddie should be focusing on Huerta.
2)But I give Eddie props for doing the leg work on trying to make this fight happen.

| If Scott pulls this off it would be a huge boost for Strikeforce. |

| Why would Scott make this fight? He's got challengers for days in SF. No reason at all to risk losing to a fighter in another org. Bellator is trying to get Strikeforce to do their job for them. | |

totally disagree. Beating aoki brought Gilbert much recognition. It was a risk, and it paid off. If Alvarez beats Huerta, and the shit talk continues, Gil vs Eddie would be a mini mega fight. Which win or lose brings plenty of spotlight to both SF and Bellator. And bringing a spot light to MMA that is not UFC is a boon to all the non ufc org's.

| and if Thomson beats jz(a trilogy between Thomson and Gil seems to soon), then I actually see a lack of desired fights in the SF 155 ranks. | |

| SF was dumb for making that fight, wasting a challenger. I forgot they lost Noons. But at one point it looked like they had Thompson, JZ, Noons and Fancypants waiting in the wings. | |
