Someone from the boxing board come getch ya boi. Nope just decided to stop when the argument was over. About the time you began to repeat yourself and I noticed that the argument was going nowhere. |

CNN is practically trying to condition us to attack Iran.
Liberals and conservatives are two heads of the same monster. Sorry I missed this yesterday... I know exactly what you mean...

They have been caught several times in lies that I have heard of. Nice AVATAR WOLF! YOU RULE! Careful BBC... Like I told Wolf, I can't agree unless you include all media outlets. The dozen or so that lean hard left are just as capable, if not more of bending facts to push their agenda.

| So back to topic... Does anyone else remember a President taking the time to regularly attack TV networks or fish wraps? I can't think of one. My point in creating the thread was simple... This guy is so thin skinned that it seems he take's every detractor to task. The frustrating part is that he paints a broad stroke rather than giving specific examples of who is bringing our country down and what they are saying to do it... Are Beck, O'Reilly and Hannity the ones pushing through all of these ill advised pieces of legislation? Did they spend a couple of trillion of our money to buy a pile of auto companies, banks and insurance conglomerates? Did they spend so much time trying to back door a terrible health care plan that the economy suffered while on the back burner? Or did they just take him to task for these things and share opinions suggesting that any one of their guys could do it better? I fail to find the connection, and I find his need to go after them a bit immature for a guy that's supposed to be so well educated. I can only assume that there wasn't a teleprompter available when he did the interview?... | |

| It does not look good when you claim that the only network that dares to scrutinize and criticize you is "destructive" to the country.
I hate partisan networks(which means just about every single one of them including Fox) but Obama has proven time and time again that he can't handle criticism. Which is amazing since he's been criticized the least out of every president we ever had because most people backed him so hard that they are afraid or ashamed to admit he's a bust. I'm also tired of hearing "give him more time". Fact is, you get judged on how you live up to your campaign, or in Obama's case the best marketing to consumer in history. Obama promised the moon and he hasnt delivered and time is ticking on his term. We all knew there is a huge mess the President would inherit but from what i remember and i could be "misremembering", Senator McCain was the one saying that it would take a long long time to clean up this mess. Not that i think McCain would be doing much better but President Obama used that against him during the election stroking his stimulus package that worked out about as well as Kwame Brown. There has been change...but only change for the sake of change. You campaign instant "change" to stupid people, they expect instant results and they have to be positive. The people who knew better or never hopped on the wagon are going to say they told you so, and i'm assuming ALL of those people are destructive to the growth of the country accoring to Obama.

| I know you guys are past the original question of this post, however I have to say the following; Regardless of the political agenda of any conservative or liberal TV show (News shows are obsolete at the present time.), Obama is by far the most amateurish president I have ever seen. Mentioning the name of a “TV network” and criticizing them because they disagree with his policies is a first for any President. It makes him look rather childish. Also, I’ve never seen a President on TV this often. He’s killing what’s left of his image. He’s not that special a speaker as people have led him to believe and he’s committing political suicide by making himself too visible. While we’re on the subject, the episode with the Boston police officer and Henry Gates was about the dumbest conduct I’ve seen from any President. All of these points are legitimate and not race based, however the left’s insistence to make every critique of Obama a race attack make most Americans uncomfortable. I think the “Democrat Race Card” has seen it’s last days. Their obnoxious association of “Race” and “The Tea Party” have guaranteed Obama a quick one term exit from the “White House.” | |

Does anyone else think that the tea party will disappear before the next election. |

Does anyone else think that the tea party will disappear before the next election. I don't think it matters. The mention of "Racism" associated with anyone who vehemently disagrees with Obama has disgusted a great deal of people. I don't think he's an effective leader, however the Democrats shameful playing of the race card in association with Obama is a little sickening and will lead to him having one term as Prez. It doesn't matter whether it's the Tea party or any other political organziation or individual that disagrees with Obama. Mentioning race cheapens the debate.

I just think Palin will ruin the Tea Party. Also I wonder who the republicans will choose to run against him? If its Palin there is no chance he loses. If its a credible candidate and Obama keeps up how he is running the country then he will be beat. |

Being an influential voice in the TP and running for President are two different things. Also, Obama has the lowest approval rating of any Prez in history. I honestly don't think it attributes to his race. Honestly, his race was one of the main reasons he won the election in the first place. He's Bi Racial by the way, not Black, but even lacks the courage to state that. There's a rumor that Hillary may run against him because of his low approval rating. We'll see. Also, there are some GOP candidates that, if they started preparing now, have an excellent chance of becoming Prez.

That isn't the issue. The tea party movement exists with or without Sarah Palin. She isn't the driving force or even behind it at all. The tea party movement has nothing to do with her in effect. It has everything to do with our federal government being out of step with what a lot of Americans are feeling, from both parties. That isn't going away any time soon and there are no indicators it would. To believe as such would mean you're super imposing your desires into your opinion.
