Boente: Wladimir will return Dec. 11

Valuev is out injured, he's just had shoulder surgery.

Tomasz Adamek is already scheduled to face Vinny in December so that rules him out.

That leaves Odlanier Solis,Alexander Dimitrenko,Alexander Povetkin (I know but he's free at the moment), Dennis Boytsov and Ray Austin.

I don't think Adamek would have any trouble ditching Maddalone for a fight with Wlad instead.

I wish more fighters had Wlad's attitude. Fighting often and fighting anyone.

What about Grant? I know he lost to Adamak, but he looked better than he has in years. Not sure if he's ready or willing (or that he deserves it) but that might be a good match.

That sounds like a good fight since Haye, Povetkin and Adamek wouldnt be ready. I am not interested in seeing him fight anyone else in the HW division.

Rumours will surface that K2 is talking with Kathy Duva about an Adamek fight in Dec. I can feel it.

I actually wouldnt mind that fight because I dont think anyone else could give a better fight than Thompson again. I would prefer Solis, I want to see Wlad light up new faces and not keep dominating the ones before. Fat boys Arreola and Solis should be his next opponent (I just want to see both guys get knocked out for being fat), Adamek (everyones hero) can fight him next year and maybe, just maybe Haye grows a pair and fights Klitschko (either one)

Peter threw 60 punches in the first two rounds. Not great, but not Haye-like either. It fell of pretty dramatically after that.

Yeah...I actually had Sam winning the first round. Head movement, sliding under the jab, landing a nice left hook. Too bad he couldn't keep it up.

I don't think Wlad stopped him from doing that. It seemd more like he just didn't have the energy to keep up the bobbing and weaving. But who the heck knows. Maybe Wlad whacked him and Peter said "Well THAT didn't work."
