I read that article Slick posted, Berto would demand too much money against the guy that actually fills seats (Cotto). Cotto fights who Arum wants, Arum see Berto as a nobody so dont ever expect that fight to go down because Im sure Berto would out price himself anyhow. I could care less if Berto fights on the card, he wont be missed. I actually hope he turns it down and has only 1 fight for the whole year, again. Im tired of these boxing divas, thats why I dont care if Floyd fights either.

Oh and his is longer than that. Al Haymon is getting more and more recognizion by the years. He has a great stable of champions he advises/manages and the flaw of each of his fighters is activity. He also prevents fights, reason we dont talk Flomo vs Berto vs Williams vs Flomo.

Who else thinks Berto will refuse because he isn't going to get enough money (in his delusional mind). Damn HBO overpaid the man and now he isn't going to fight unless he continues to get overpaid.

the sad part is that he needs a week to think about it...the anser should be yes..ok..ill do it..and say that immediately ..win and then fight as the main headliner next...hes a big disappointment to me...i was hoping he would be one of boxings likeable stars and a fighter ready to take on anyone..the final level..2 years have changed things since i hoped that.

Al Haymon is getting decent fighter top scale and great small fighters the biggest paydays the sport has ever seen and all he does is advise these guys and no one really knows what he looks like or what his business is in the sport. I think Al Haymon is the guy who puts hits out, not the other way around.
