| Ring faced an extremely tough choice with regard to the letter W. Their choice? The legendary, and Ninja Immortal, Mickey Walker. http://www.ringtv.com/blog/2288/the_best_of_all_time_a_to_z_walker/The man defeated HOFers from welter through middle to light heavy and also beat multiple ranked heavyweights. He was the undisputed welter and middle. Not bad for a guy who stood 5'7 and at his heaviest weighted in the mid 160's. The honorable mentions are incredible. Three Ninja Immortals in Jimmy Wilde (my choice), Barbados Joe Walcott and Sweet Pea. Freddie Welsh and Ike Williams rounded things out. How deep was the letter W? HOFers Holman Williams, Chalky Wright, Jersey Joe, Kid Williams and Ad Wolgast didn't even rate a mention. | |

| so many choices but i cant argue with walker. one of the few true little men that beat big men. he didnt have to gain 30 pounds to be able to fight HWs. he just fought them at his true weight.
now X. who the heck has a last name that starts with X?

| The letter "X." How about Cassius X? LOL: That was Ali's name for a short time. I don't know any other fighter who's name started with an X. | |

I haven't the vaguest idea who they will choose. I can't come up with a champioship-quality guy unless maybe he's out of Asia.

| Boxrec had a list of about ten fighters whose surname ended in x.The best one? Alfredo Xeque was a junior flyweight who fought out of Mexico from 1985-92.He finished with a record of 19-7-2 with fourteen KO's. | |
