Joe Dundee-Undisputed middleweight champion
Pete Latzo-Undisputed welter champion.
Lew Tendler-Though never a champion a HOFer.
Mike McTigue-Undisputed light heavyweight champion.
Tiger Flowers-Undisputed middleweight champion and HOFer.
Paul Berlenbach-Undisputed light heavyweight champion and HOFer.
Maxie Rosenbloom-Undisputed light heavyweight champion and HOFer.
Walker went 9-3-1 against these men. Here's the thing about Walker. He beat champions and HOFers from welter to light heavyweight.
But that's not all. While weighing around 167 or so he also defeated ranked heavyweights on three occasions and got a draw with future heavy King and HOFer Jack Sharkey while giving up 30 pounds.

| also beat tough fighters like Eddie Whalen, Bearcat Wright (outweighed Walker by 50 + pounds), Bob Godwin, George Manley, King Levinsky, Johny Risko, Ace Hudkins, Jock Malone and Tommy Milligan
