| major emphasis on TOTAL and CAN
the one thing they really need to work on is his top game positioning cause he was leaving himself open for all kinds of shit

| I thought BOTH were CANS. Walker wasnt impressive either in my book. The fight was boring and Hershel couldnt finish the guy with anything. He wont last long. | |

LOL that goes without saying doesnt it? The guy is 47 years old. Its not like he was hyped to be some threat at HW. Hes only fighting to raise money for charity and because he enjoys it. He will probably fight a few more cans and retire.

It was too long to use as a signature so I had to stretch it and shave the top and bottom. Plus it makes him look even more jacked lol

| He did better than expected, but in the end, he's just a big name. He had tons of opportunities to finish by guillotine and didn't take them. His dumbass opponent didn't offer any type of offense or any defense, other than not getting subbed or KO'd. | |

If you had any expectation for him to be a real fighter than your mind is as empty as a can.

If you had any expectation for him to be a real fighter than your mind is as empty as a can. With the team he trains with and all the hype all week about how for real this guy was im just saying I wasnt impressed. He had no clue what to do on the ground and his punches were crazy stiff without alot of pop in them. He had descent takedowns against a guy with no takedown defense. So in the end I wasnt impressed and really dont care to see him fight again.

| The wrestling and grappling in that fight was just hard to watch... I give Herschel credit for being in there at his age, with no experience, but for him to win again, SF is going to have to dig up another regional fighter with no experience or pedigree in a specific fighting style. | |
