That is a good fight. Karass will have trouble with Jones's speed but will fight hard, like always.

I'm shocked that Arum would put another promoter's fighter on HIS undercard. Soto-Karass is C level fighter. Jones beats him easily.

Alfonso Gomez would be a better choice for Jones.

soto-karass ins't that bad and is a good test. gomez actually lucked out that fight was stopped on that cut as soto was coming on strong in those rounds prior to the fight being stopped.

Soto strikes me as a poor mans Saul Alvarez.

Actually this will be Arums second time showcasing Mike Jones. He did it earlier this year on his Top Rank Live cards on Fox sports Network. He fought that Puerto Rican, Henry Bruseles. Jones is already 27, the guy needs to fight on the championship level. Soto-Karrass isnt very good, he caught a beat down from Alfonso Gomez. Jones should wait on Berto if he desides to fight on that Triple header against him because Berto vs Jones is a very good Match up. HBO isnt accepting Kotlenik and Maidana doesnt want to move to Welter. Mike Jones is left, but Team berto doesnt want any part of him. What team Berto does next should be intresting.

No point in waiting on Berto, that's twice this year HBO wanted Jones vs Berto and the Haitian doesnt want any part of Jones

Keep fighting, especially on a big stage like this under card, he's already a better draw than Berto

i agree keep him busy. put his name out there and market him. i mean the guy's from philadelphia and has power how hard could it be to market this guy?

Jones should fight Bero, but we know Berto is ducking that. I could see Berto pick Gomez for his next fight. I would be cheering for Alfonso.

Mike Jones is 6 feet tall with power and speed. That's the reason Berto is scared. It looks like Berto is either gonna fight Jones or say no to a HBO date which are always hard to come by with.

I'd love nothing more than to see Berto fight next on Showtime for about one third the purse.

I'd love to see Berto fighting for 1/3 the purse, but I wouldn't like the fact that he was using up showtime dates. I don't enjoy watching him fight that much.
