bradley vs alexander almost a done deal

according to boxingscene the fight is almost done for january 29th

Kudos to these guys if it actually happens. The top 2 guys actually backing their mouths and fighting each other.

I get nervous when a fighter starts to entertain future fights in stead of concentrating on the one that's in front of him. Kotelnik is tough technical fighter who might be long in the tooth but shouldn't be taken lightly or looked past. He's better than just an "opponent".

With that said I think that Alexander will defeat Bradley. I feel he will dictate the pace and take Bradley out of his comfort zone. I hope they make the fight.

I could see Alexander knocking Bradley out. As soon as it's signed Ring better announce that the vacant Jr Welterweight title will be on the line.

This place is finally picking up, I come back after half a day away and there's almost 1 page of new comments/threads to check out, so much for JJ's claim that this was a dying place

ali you may be right..bradleys easy to hit..great hand speed etc but he better avoid the shots

I have no clue and I don't care. If Khan doesn't face Maidana or the winner of this fight next year then I'll be the first to complain about it, but having a go at the kid for trying to face a Mexican legend,current Lightweight champion and a pound 4 pound top ten guy right now is unfair, he's 23 and has had one fight in America this is a no brainer to boost his US profile.

So then Khan should've just said that he's not ready for the top of the 140 divison yet. Instead of calling for mini tourneys. Looks like Bradley and Alexander are gonna do their part. Devon is 23 btw.

Khan is good promising talent, not fighter

GBP not even considering a Prescott rematch, Katsidis, or Maidana bouts should tell you what his own people think of him

Boxing is all about timing Slick, he's got an opportunity to put a big name on his resume. Try and show a little patience, Khan after all has only just had his first fight on HBO it's not like he's been fighting average opponents on HBO for a couple years like Berto.

It makes no sense to make a Breides Prescott rematch now when's got way bigger fights on the place, honestly I am not even sure HBO would be interested in the fight.

Could of fought on the same night as JMM-Diaz II, but decided to be inactive and wait for a December fight

The holiday excuse is BS, he's fought in the Summer plenty of times - Kotelnik 7/2009, M Gomez 6/2008, Limmond 7/2007, and more

Fuck Berto. He's in the same boat with Khan. Dont shoot your mouth off talking bout fighting the best when you're looking at lightweights for your next fight.

I made that point also. Prescott put him to sleep in August also.
