Sky is a satellite service, you pay for it and have alot of different packages to choose from like Sports,movies,entertainment etc. Sky Sports own the rights to broadcast the English Premier league, It's basically another version of ESPN.

They usually only show the mega fights but because George Groves is on the undercard they have to show it, Sky have their own broadcasting team and commentators for fights.
