| UFC's hw division is top heavy and then there are a lot of dudes, a lot, who are not top nor near top. Hunt could have a lot of good fights in that division. UFC's HW division is still the least deep of all by a mile. It just has a handful of good guys at the top. Berry, Yvel, Hardonk, Kongo, McSweeny come to mind for some entertaining fights possibly, if he has more than one in the UFC. I think an old tank like Hunt makes marginal interest in some guys and fights a little more interesting. | |

PSCs are usually not transferable to third parties in asset sales. Meaning, if DSE sold the PRIDE assets to UFC, the PRIDE fighters would technically be free agents because the PSCs are not enforceable in court. | |
