I don't think so, look at his usage of Jose Sulaiman. A guy known in boxing for wanting interim titles. | |

| They're only used when champions are injured, it's not like the boxing situation where sanctioning bodies create them to pocket more cash, even if the champion is healthy and defending his title. |
