I have missed plenty of drafts. I usually get lucky and just stumble in at the right time when I do make them.

Lol. He'll never go for that trade.

Why not? Roy was an arguable top 10 pick last season, people are only down on him cause he got injured last season, but he's a top player, Dwight, Gasol and Rondo are top 20 guys in FBB, can;t give 2 borderline top 20 guys for Kobes with shortened minutes. plus I have other very good pieces for his team.

Kobe will not be on shortened minutes. Roy is injury prone and not a big scorer. If it was me I wouldn't do it unless Gasol or Howard were in the trade.

21.5, 4.7 and 4.4 last season? only 8 less games then Kobe, not big injury concerns in his career otherwise. and Gasol and Howard are almost equal value themselves in FBB and not interested in anyother players on his team. Also Phil already said Kobe's minutes will be shortened, I'm a Laker fan...

He said Bynum's minutes will be shortened not Kobe's. Kobe's ego is too big to allow him to sit on the bench.

Like ur gonna know more about the Lakers then me, Bynum is out for a couple months still anyway.

Kobe Bryant is used to playing heavy minutes, logging an average of 39.3 a game over the last six seasons, but he won't be anywhere near that playing time to start the season if Lakers Coach Phil Jackson gets his way.

It says to start the season which means about the 1st month and if Phil Jackson gets his way. Kobe wont allow it.

Kobe wants Championships, Phil wants Championships, they'll watch his mintues for most of the season, no need to risk anything., Kobe will be down to around 34 a game for the season, which is no big stretch anyways, one his knee isn't fully heeled, and two just before last season he was playing only 36 a game.

Yeah I think it helps both teams. I really needed a top notch PG and of course Kobe is one of the best players in the league. Good doin business with ya buddy.

Yep I will really miss Williams but to get Kobe I had to do it. He if nothing else is trade bait for LA
