The UFC has released Keith Jardine after 4 straight losses.

Dream's LHW tournament seems like a good idea. Strikeforce won't touch him with a tenfoot pool, that is assured. Maybe Bellator's HW tournament might be an attractive option.

I really thought they would keep him around for undercard fights against the next generation for 1 or 2 more. Melvin will jack him up!

My prediction of where he will end up is MFC or ImpactFC.

Keith Jardine fought some great comp in this losing streak. Rampage, Silva, Bader, Dean Norris and Matt Hamill...but Matt Hamill is a winnable bout for him and it's hard to use him as a gatekeeper now, but he would be a good measuring stick. They should have set up Jardine vs. Bonnar....but Bonnar who is barely a professional level MMArtist will probably never get released.

You left out Bonner and Mark Coleman.

SF will be acting very much out of character if they sign him. They wisely avoid UFC leftovers until they're no longer considered as such, like if he were to win a major fight or tournament elsewhere. Soko had two high profile Dream wins and was likely on his way to face Dreamcatcher anyway before they made that move. MFC, Impact, Bellator or Japan are all more likely than SF, even if they need LHW names desparately.

Let's be honest, Jardine won some fights he should've lost in the UFC, otherwise he probably would've been cut a long time ago. He's a likable guy so yeah, it sucks that he is gone. He's also an entertaining fighter with his unorthodox striking. But his skills aren't good enough to contend with the talent in the UFC's LHW division.

Coleman got outpaced by Randy Couture, thats why he got cut. Anyone who can't handle the speed of a 47 year old who was never known for tremendous hand speed deserves to get cut.

Coleman doesn't qualify but I see your point on Bonnar. He's 5-6 with 3 straight losses (Even if the last was controversial). I'd bet a fair chunk that if he loses to Krzysztof again, he gets the walking papers...

Dana has come out and said he'd never under any circumstances cut Bonnar. If it comes to it he becomes an analyist. He already has that leg of his career started in fact.

He won some fights he should have lost but he also lost some fights he should have won. He was crusing to decision wins against Page and Bader until late in the third round both times. Not bad. he was also dominating Hamill until the deduction threw him off.

If he's asked to stop fighting and commentate, it's the same as a cut to me. Chuck seems to be the only one who doesn't have to listen when Dana says it's time to stop fighting in the UFC...

He will be cut from the fighting roster but hired in some other capacity. Anyway as long as Bonnar wants to fight they'll find him warm bodies to beat.

Bruce has gotten so much better and evolved. He hypes fights better than his boring brother now. That shit got old and Michael never changed it up. He is still good, but I like Bruce more myself. I think the UFC should market a Bruce Buffer alarm clock. I would by one.

Ya Bruce is the best in the business. Made mistakes at both the finale and WEC card though. Brutal schedule.

Michael is great too, Jimmy Lennon Jr is overrated. The WEC guy they fired sucked and was the only guy in the entire sport who referred to Jose Aldo as Jose Aldo JUUNNIOOR. So annoying. Won't be missed. The Bellator guy is great though.

Buffer is the most physical and entertaining announcer in the game. He is powerful and the 180 he usually does is awesome.
