I bought one of those Ab Belts

Just received it today. The Slendertone Flex Belt. $119 off Amazon. I have it on right now. Feels pretty good. Sitting down getting a 6-pack (I dont mean beer). I'll give updates to see if this shit works.

Well i've been working out lately. Lifting weights and then push-ups and sit-ups. I figure i can cut down on the sit-ups and give more time and effort on the weights and push-ups. So i copped this shit. I did my research online also.

I bought one (My wife) a few years ago. I returned it a few weeks later. You can't work out your upper abs because it can't be too close to the heart. I did feel like I did alot of sit ups the next day after I first tried it. Me and my oldest kid and his buddies were seeing who could take the most pain for the longest on higher levels. Turn that bitch up to forty and it feels like your belly button is ripping apart.

I have it on 50-60 for an hour. I tried going up to 80 and i thought my life was over. I think i'll just top out at 65.

I was wrong then. I thought 40 was the top level. I turned it up all the way and the kids laughed at me as I fell back on the bed in pain. Rips you apart doesn't it.

After 1 week of use i gotta say i already see some muscles forming. I should've got this back in april.
