styles make fights, you guys are delusional if you think Manny s gonna run in guns blazing and everything wil be fine for him That's my point, he doesn't fight that way anymore. He picked Cotto apart and dropped with shots in that fight. It wasn't just some crazy kamikaze balls to the wall attack as soon as the bell rang how many rounds did Michael Jennings last with Cotto????? Oh ya thats right
Cotto was done, I have ESPN posts going all the way back to the Jennings fight to prove I have been a firm believer of this for a long time.
Ya Pac did real well getting tagged by Cottos jab at will the first 4 rounds even though he was bashing the shit outta Cotto
oh ya what weight was that at again?
Lets all act like floyd never fought a good welter HAHAHAHAH So you can act like Cotto was shot and that's not an excuse, but people who think Shane looked like shit and gassed out after 3 rounds are making excuses? HUGE DIFFERENCE Watch Shanes last 3 fights watch Cottos

love how you want to claim Floyd doesnt fight good welters but forget Zab had Cotto rocking and rolling earlier than Pac did (A PRIME COTTO)
So you just made a case for Floyd being better than I thought
Floyd was out on his feet? THEN WON EVERY FUCKING ROUND???????? NO WAY MAN WHAT A GOD Floyd was out on his feet in the 2nd. Also unless they changed the WW division its between 141-147 so 144 is a Welter. LOL Name me one Prime WW that he has fought. YOU CANT lol lol lol. wow what a joke of a post 144 aint the WELTERWEIGHT CUT OFF LIMIT YOU ARE WRONG Floyd came back and rocked Shane that round

| Shane Mosley knocked out Ricardo Mayorga and Antonio Margarito back to back before he fought Floyd. He was p4p #3 and the unofficial welterweight champion, funny how his age is being thrown around now that Floyd dominated him.
Manny couldn't knockout a weight drained shell of Oscar De La Hoya, and now he's suppose to knockout the best defensive fighter in the sport, who just so happens to have pretty good chin himself.
Shane lost a competitive decision to a prime Miguel Cotto. Manny feasted on Margarito's leftovers. |

| Cotto won every round against Jennings and TKO'd him in the 5th round. I don't even understand what point you're trying to make with that. He sucks b/c he didn't KO him in the 1st round? Then he beat Joshua Clottey, a concensus top 10 WW despite having a huge fucking cut over his eye from the 2nd round on. Then Pac fuckin bitch slapped his ass | |

no my point is Margarito ruined Cotto for the worse watch the Jennings fight, Jennings a fucking bum is keeping cotto at bay with a jab, Cotto got stuck on the ropes and tagged with a good uppercut by said bum. Cotto had a tougher night with Jennings than he should have. THAT TELLS ME SOMETHING so wahts worse having some tough spots with Michael Jennings or Ricardo Mayorga ya thats what i thought

guess who they picked 5 days ago????????? Just to clarify, I'm always going to pick one of my favorite fighters over a dude I hate on a meaningless message board pickem contest. I regularly bet boxing and MMA online at Bookmaker. If I had any actual faith in Shane putting on a good performance I would've thrown money on him getting 3 to 1. I didn't

| Again if I really thought Shane would win that fight I would've put money on him getting 3 to 1. Would've been stupid not to
And the whole excuses thing has turned into a 2 way street given that you've pretty much discredited every one of Pac's wins over like the last 5 years on here the past couple days
And there were PLENTY of people picking both Hatton and Cotto to beat Pac before those fights and many more that thought Clottey would give him a fight

Ali you have to be kidding. You think he can KO Pac? Why? Because Manny will end up walking into a counter shot, when he's trying in vain to catch Floyd.
Manny doesn't have the size or technique to beat Floyd. Man I just don't think he has the power to do that. Also Manny might be the fastest fighter Floyd has fought. Floyd was hit and hurt by Shane. Why cant Manny do the same? Well for starters Manny isn't as powerful as Shane, he's faster but hasn't knocked out Jr Middleweights like Shane has. And Manny won't work from his jab like Shane did to set up that shot. When was the last time Shane KO'd a Jr Middleweight? He is past his prime Ali. How do we know if Shane is more powerful? Pac KO'd Cotto and a younger version of Shane couldn't do that. Hell he lost to Cotto. I just see Manny's combination of Speed and Power along with the huge amount of puches he throws giving Floyd fits and Manny will start landing and he will KO Floyd. Love how you keep saying Shane is past his prime but act like Pac fought the 1998 Oscar, the 2004 Ricky and the 2006 Cotto You mean the Cotto that Floyd ducked? That Cotto? |
