Well for starters Manny isn't as powerful as Shane, he's faster but hasn't knocked out Jr Middleweights like Shane has. And Manny won't work from his jab like Shane did to set up that shot.

When was the last time Shane KO'd a Jr Middleweight? He is past his prime Ali. How do we know if Shane is more powerful? Pac KO'd Cotto and a younger version of Shane couldn't do that. Hell he lost to Cotto.
I just see Manny's combination of Speed and Power along with the huge amount of puches he throws giving Floyd fits and Manny will start landing and he will KO Floyd.
