let spider fight Mir.....

obviously when matched with guys that have no shot of winnin, spider is prone to these displays. He said he wanted Mir, so give him Mir. u can be sure there won't be much clowning in there. And if there is, then it will uber impressive AND it would be against another arrogant dude so people won't care much.

Yeah but what if Mur beats Spider? Then we'll have to hear "Oh, I just beat the best fighter in the history of mankind, that means I'm the best".

I think Anderson would beat Mur if they fight, but Mur is pretty much a roid freak these days so I don't wanna take the chance.

Mir's never had a good shot, Anderson would stay on the outside and dance around him for 3 rds. I think he'd pick Mir apart, though it might not be the most exciting fight unless Mir put himself in danger standing. If Mir got it to the gorund though, barring he could get a hold of Spider, I think it be like Brock/Mir or Big bro/Little bro.

Before the Carwin fight I thought Mir would beat Spider now Im not so sure lol.

if this hypothetical fight stays standing i take silva no questions, but if it turns into a press against the cage/ground fight i'd give the edge to mir based on the weight and strength difference

If Mir gets his hands on Silva it's over. I'd have to take Mir. Obviously Spider is a much better fighter but the size difference is just to much.

I hope this happens I would bet on Mir at crazy odds

Mir wouldn't keep up.

Standing, Spider would take Mir out like Vera did with sharp punches and MT, but if it went to the ground, Mir ties the Spider into a knot, so it would be interesting from that age old perspective.
