| This came up in a thread a couple weeks back when were discussing the Pancrase title lineage. I think the consensus was yes, otherwise a DQ could be used as a way out if you were clearly going to lose. | |

| That wouldn't be fair though if it was a situation like in the 1st Brock-Mir fight when Brock was deducted a point. If he accidently hit Mir low after that and was disqualified it wouldn't be fair to lose a title that way. |

| Yes because technically a disqualification is a loss.
It might be different in MMA but , in boxing Roy Jones lost his titles when he got disqualified against Montell Griffin. |

I disagree. If you're retarded enough to commit a foul and get a verbal warning, continue and get a point deducted, and then commit another foul (that isn't deemed accidental), you don't deserve a title (other than maybe the title of "assclown"). | |
