- Good call capt. Would you take him to beat Rogers though? I think he should be ranked just ahead of Rogers because, while Rogers is a good striker too who has shown brief ground moments against the smaller Fedor, JDS is just too fast for him. He'd do to Rogers what he did here, or worse.
Also, what is with Joe saying JDS doesn't have the muay Thai skills of Yvel? He knee'd the very will out of Mirko. JDS is a pretty rounded striker. Boxing and muay Thai is great. Rogers has pretty quick hands, his body is a tree, but his limbs move well. I'd have to give the power edge to Grim. no way Cro cop survives that many shots from Grim. Reach of coarse would play a big part, but im not sure who has the edge there, but im pretty sure Junior has a big edge in the cardio dept. i'd pick Grim if only to see LA write stupid shit like "Yvel would beat Rogers." Dope matchup though. SF should def try to snag Junior

| I bet Yvel would beat Rogers, Rogers is simply a big guy that throws his hands, he's not a talented striker like Yvel and since they're both simply strikers, the better of the two would win. And I laugh everytime u post some BS like SF should def sign this guy. | |

| capt organic you're a strange strange man. Rogers has good speed and constantly improving technique. As far as MMA strikers go he is pretty decent, and always improving. His clinch game is good too.
LA underrates his athletic talent and his skills at the same time, all this in the face of the fact he smashed the number 2 HW and broke the nose of the number 1 HW in his only loss.
Not saying he is the future of the division, but stick Rogers in against Sylvia in 2005 and would anyone feel comfortable betting on the Maniac? Rogers is legit. Especially in a division where skill strikingwise is often offset by speed and power.
Look guys, Rogers is similar to a lot of fighters with his um, "back ground", athletic ability takes him beyond where his skillset probably should. Let's not get into that, nevermind...

| just for clarification.
The "sf should sign Junior" line was a setup. I was fishing. Bait on the hook. chum. LA took the bait.
Im thinking of having the carcass stuffed(or whatever people do with trophy fish) and hung on my wall.

| I really don't believe that. I think LA, even in his deranged intoxication last night somehow got the better of you in that exchange. But clearly you weren't clear headed either. | |
