Brain dead ward of the state? pull the plug or continue keeping($$$) "patient" alive.

Brain dead, insurance paying, family wants to keep patient alive(on the insurance's dime)?

I'm assuming most would say pull the plug on the former, though I doubt many would advocate plug pulling enforcement of the latter.

paying insurance is supposed to entitle you to certain agreed upon services when circumstances come to light


entitlement and ward of the state should be oil and water IMO
