| Doesn't even belong in the same ring as BJ. | |

| The same can be said about Fitch & Alvez vs GSP, but it doesn't mean they aren't good fighters. The top of the food chain is there for a reason.
I wanna see Diego vs Florian 2!

| How does this make GSP himself look, considering this is how Penn looked against him?
Diego was unathletic and slow compared to BJ. He was scared after the first round. He has a permenant reminder of BJ's awesomeness on his forehead.

| If BJ ever fights GSP again I think he should weigh in at no more than 160. He looks like a different fighter when he's at a lower weight class. | |

| I can't think of a LW who does belong in the cage with Penn. I don't understand why anybody would want to see Florian fight Penn again. Every LW has a fresh new style and plan untill Penn socks them in the mouth. Every LW has great takedowns until Penn makes it look weak and BJ Penn is the man on the ground. It's all come together for BJ.
Mir just said Edgar would be a good matchup for Penn....no but i would rather see somebody new rather than watch Florian fail again.
While Sanchez has nowhere the skill of Penn. He deserves props. He did not give up.

| I would probably rather see Edgar-BJ than Maynard personally. It really doesn't make a big difference though | |

| Bj is on another level. Those hands and takedown defense are ridiculous. ANyone think Maynard could take him down? | |

| No one deserves to be in the ring with BJ Penn at lightweight. |

| Well I definatley ate my words last night. I was in shock during the fight.
I knew Penn was good, but I didnt expect him to be so good as to basically toy with Diego like he did.

I actually think that with Marinovich, Penn will look much different physically in his next move to 170.

| I give Diego credit for surviving as long as he did, especially that 1st round, yes he was outclassed, but he showed world class toughness.
But I was surprised how ineffective Diego's stiking was. Penn was right in that Diego was too rigid, and he did indeed look totally stiff out there, complete lack of adaptability, he can push fwd with his gameplan, but not at all able to react to anything Penn threw at him.
