| I think he beats Straus again and definitely beats Frodo. After that I think he should hire a good lawyer and start looking at a Bellator escape plan... | |

| Apparently he just recently signed a multi year extension.
Straus will be a grinding fight but he should win a decision. He'll finish Frodo somewhere around tbe 3rd

I'm sure he is happy his boy Tom got back on track. Hopefully he keeps on going and gets into the next tourney. Read on Tom's twitter he cut 20lbs in 2 days.

| This Bellator tourney was a resurrection for Rhino. He still gets schooled by Storm but he put on a show during the tourney. Not a fan of the post fight character but he put it down in the cage. | |

| You can laugh at him sure, but he wrecked dudes in spectacular fashion, and wrecking dudes in spectacular fashion is an effective way to win fights. His KO last night was pure baller.
I did not have it 30-27 frodo, I thought it was gonna go either way.

Yeah I don't care if Rhino does an annoying promo after his fight, as long as he puts on that kind of show I won't hate on the guy. "Pure baller" is a very accurate description of his KO last night. I didn't expect him to win this tourney, he surprised me for sure. That was big for his career.

| Well there wasn't anyone who had him winning the last fight even though I didn't really care because it was boring as hell | |

| From hot prospect, UFC, retirement, return, to taking baby steps before entering the tournament in one of Bellator's most shallow divisions | |

Sadly I missed the entire under card because I was conducting weigh ins for the Ring Of Combat show in another casino. I made it there just before the Oropeza vs Goodridge fight ended. I thought the card overall was great including everything I hear about the prelims. Was very happy Tom won but he still needs work, he just switched boxing trainers and he had problems with Brooks' jab in the first round. He said that he didn't want to do the tourney when he signed with Bellator because he wants to stay close to home for daughter, family and the academy. His 2 UFC fights were in Sweden and China so he wanted to stay close to home and Bellator agreed and signed him. Who knows he may end up going into the tourney in the future but atm he likes what he has going on. He just loves to compete. Rivera vs Good: Boring fight but that's how most of Rivera's fights are. I couldn't believe that Good didn't put him away in the 1st round, so did everyone else in the arena. No way in hell should Dante have been able to last 3 rounds. I think Rivera's stock went up by lasting all 3 rounds and Good's went down for the same reason. Karo Parisyan vs. Rick Hawn: You had to know that with each of their Judo credentials it was going to be really only stand up happening. Hawn has more power and was hurting him when he landed. Imo Karo needs to go somewhere else to train and improve himself. Every time he steps up in competition he loses. I thought the stoppage was good, he was out of it and wasn't going to recover with Hawn on top and the hammer fists would have kept coming. Even when he got on his legs weren't under him he almost fell 2-3 times. He was done. Doug Marshall vs. Brett Cooper: Marshall looks to be improving his wrestling/ getting up from the takedown every fight. Cooper's only hope was to keep Rhino down and grind out a win. Most of the shots Cooper hit him with on the ground were garbage and weren't doing any damage. Marshal has the power to put anyone away and proved it again. He was hurting Cooper when he was landing all fight. It was a devastating shot and the fight could have been stopped on the shot that dropped Cooper, he didn't have to take that last shot, he was out but I'm OK with it. The thing I didn't like was the way he stood over Cooper after the KO, showed no class. When a stoppage occurs the doors to the cage are kept closed and no one is allowed in the cage except for the Dr's and officials until it's cleared for others to enter. Marshall's brother who was working his corner climbed and jumped over the cage to get to his brother. An official had to grab him and drag him out of there, his brother will most likely going to be fined and suspended for it. Frodo Khasbulaev vs. Mike Richman: Thought this was a good fight, had back and forth and pace. I had it even going into the 3rd with Frodo winning the 1st and Richman taking the second. I thought Richman lost the fight more then Frodo winning it. You could see by the 2nd round Frodo was getting tired but every time he landed Richman didn't like it. In the 3rd Richman just didn't seem to want it and drive for it the way Frodo did. It was close until the half way point of the 3rd round and that's when Frodo seemed to take over the round. Pat Curran vs. Shahbulat Shamhalaev: Was surprised this fight was over so quickly, I expected more from Sham. I was actually expecting him to test Curran but it sure as hell didn't happen. I don't see Curran losing anytime soon right now. He absolutely seems to be getting better. He may be the best overall fighter that Bellator has. I think he beats Straus again and if Frodo gets tired again against Curran he loses.

| Brooks Carlos 20 hours ago via mobile Thank you again guys I couldn't after that poke in the eye Im very sorry it's nones fault hope I get another chance at it. Osu Brooks is trying to complain and say the fight was stopped after he was poked in the eye and couldn't see. Must have been one hell of a poke, , since his orbital is broken. Why can't a fighter just accept when he gets beat instead of making excuses? | |
