Man I really hate the Pats, I'm glad Peyton Manning got the 1 seed but I wish Houston could have held onto that 2nd seed atleast. I would prefer Peyton to come out of the AFC but if it's not then I hope it's the Texans. When it comes down to it I just hope it's not the Pats.

Obviously in the NFC I'm stuck rooting for Peterson, but he can't win it all on his own. Hopefully he can atleast pull the upset in GB and run over them for the 3rd time this season. I guess of the teams remaining after that I'll be rooting for Falcons, at the very least I hope Tony G gets his 1st playoff win of his career. I don't think either team is very likely to win it all. Washington being a division rival is the team I would least like to see win it. Seattle is probably the team after that I would least like to see win. So looks like I'm rooting for Minny, Atl and then 49ers in that order in NFC.

Overall rooting interest in the playoffs on who I would prefer would win it all goes Minny, Denver, Texans, Falcons then Baltimore.

i've seen a fair bit of seattle this season and i love watching that team play.

from a neutral point of view, i think seattle or san fran v denver would be the most intriguing superbowl to watch. i too dislike the pats, i think houston is cooked and nobody else from the AFC is good enough.

the way it's been going in recent years though perhaps the skins are the team to fear?

Yeah I know I have said that before. I don't expect them to pick a shitty team but I will point out they aren't real fans. Not like those who were born into fandom.
Give him some years of heat break and see if he holds onto the same team. Then he can call himself a fan. Hasn't earned it yet.

Don't be mad. If you actually read, you will see that I said you have to suffer through the bad and stick with your team to earn your true fanhood. Just like you did with your Colts last season. I knew you were a Colts fan even when they were the worst team in the league. That's how I know you're a Colts fan. You stayed by your Lakers when they have lost both last season and early on this season. You have a fan card.
But you can never have the level of fandom toward any team(except maybe your favorite football team depending on your backstory on that) that I have with my Sooners and Cowboys. But you have my respect as a true fan. Also yes you were right about the Colts. However I still think the Cowboys are a better team then the Colts when healthy, they just play in a beast division.

I will also say you have zero reason to hate on the Oklahoma Sooners unless you are hating on me specifically. My hate toward the Lakers goes back to my childhood and is in no way directed at any individual fan. It's very easy to understand why I hate the Lakers and Yankees. You have no reason to hate on OU, unless you have a personal grudge against me. My hating on your teams has nothing to do with them being your teams.

LOL I know you are being sarcastic but I'll actually root for some teams of some posters here as long as it doesn't conflict with my personal feelings. Like if I would normally not care one way or the other then I would prefer Rutgers or other teams to win just because I know you guys are fans. Like if the Falcons and Texans played in the Super Bowl, I like both teams equally but I don't know any Falcons fans so I wouldn't have any problems with Texans winning so Farmer can have his jollies. But I'll never root for your Giants for obvious reasons.

i feel a bit for the texans.

they were a legit superbowl threat until being gashed by injuries, dallas were a team that may or may not have made the playoffs if they hadn't been gashed by injuries.

Injuries weren't the reason. They just went to hell. Cush is the only big loss.

Texans are dominating everywhere but the scoreboard.

The Texans defense came to play and held Cincy to barely over 200 yards. The defense that has been MIA most of the year.

The Bengals just looked like a high school team and were driving to win the game with the clock winding down. Yeah, the Texans pretty much left every part of that game on the table for the taking
