- Ed Reed suspension is fucking insane. Best safety to ever play the game.
Darren Sharper and Paul Krause disagree. I'm sure they do. Doesn't make it any less true. Ed Reed is the GOAT. Gotta disagree with you there. Krause only missed two games in 16 years, Reed just doesn't stay healthy enough to be the GOAT. If I had to pick one guy as the best all time it would probably be Krause or Ronnie Lott with an edge to Ronnie Lott for dem rings. There has never been a better football player at the safety position then Ed Reed. If I could pick from any safety to ever play the game to put on my team, it would be Ed Reed. You can have Lott and anyone else. Give me Ed Reed. That's just flat out wrong. Reed is a great player, elite even, but he isn't the best guy to ever play his position. He's not even the best guy in his division currently to play his position. You are all kinds of crazy, insane even. No one in the game right now can swing off Ed Reed's nuts.

| Troy Polamalu is a more complete football player at the position and it isn't even close. Reed is the better cover guy and has the better hands for snagging the ball away. But when it comes to chasing guys down, making tackles, blitzing, and diagnosing plays before the snap Troy has Ed beat by quite a ways. You can line Polamalu up anywhere on the field defensively and he would have success. Can you say the same thing about Reed? | |

Troy is better then Ed? At what? he is a slightly better hitter. Ed is faster, has better hands, covers more ground, is more of a threat to take it to the house, he can return kicks and could probably be WR if he wanted to and I'm sure he could hit a 50 yard field goal and run the Wildcat. Troy over Ed? Get the fuck outta here. You musta got some salt water in the brain from Sandy.

Every year except two since Troy entered the league(one year after Ed) Troy has had more tackles per season. Troy has more sacks. Three trips to the superbowl and two rings doesn't hurt either.

I'm sorry you feel that way. But if you understood freedom even a little bit, you would know Ed Reed is the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be.

- Just notice. WTF is up with A&M and the jerseys this year? How many different ones have you worn? Have you really worn 3(or more) helmets?
A&M has Maroon & White pants, jerseys, and helmets. We wear maroon tops & White pants at home. We wear white tops and maroon pants on the road. We maroon out at home once a year (LSU this year). This year we also white out on the road and have the past few years (Bama this year). This year (a first) we had a black alternate (black helmet with Texas logo, black jersey, & black pants.). Adidas came to us and offered to do something special since MSU was already planning to do so when they played us. It was a total surprise to everyone, including the players. In the past didn't A&M only wear 1 helmet? Just the maroon helmet I thought? No matter the color of the jersey. But now I see some white helmet? Then you also have the black one you mentioned. But that white one is new too isn't it? We wear white back in the 60s and brought it back a few years ago. 09

Broncos, Patriots, Bears, Bucs I don't think records really tell us who is the best right now. I definitely don't think Houston is the best team in the league right now. I do think they're the best but I think they lose this week. Both sides of the ball are banged up. It's a short week after an OT game. If j joe can't go then mega is going to gain 300 yards. Texans now 10-1! Megatron went off, but in the 2nd we switched Jackson on him in the 2nd and held him down. Andre had another huge game. He currently sits #2 to Calvin Johnson in rec yards this year. We lost a ton of players. J-Joe & Cody didn't play, Newton (RT) went out, Reed (OLB) went out, & James (ILB) went out.

And yet they still won. It's nice being good st everything (minus st) I wouldn't say going to overtime with the Jaguars and Lions two weeks in a row translates to a team being good at everything, especially giving up 68 points and almost a thousand yards (983 offensive yards give or take) in those two games.

| No mercy.
For the first time in his career Drew Brees knows what it's like to be Jason Campbell. We got the Saints at their hottest, just how we like them....face down with authority this time in their house.
I see they still like to play dirty as well but once again it was our defensive backs laying some real(and legal) heat on that ass.

| We're going to rape Tenn and be 11-1 then goto Foxburo and knock off the overrated Pats. That will lick up home field the whole way with 3 games to go. | |

Packers, Ravens, Giants, Bears Ha, dudes back to the bench. Not sure what Harbaugh is doing over there, awfully late in the year to be transmitting mixed signals. Though I'd be a little wary of rolling into the playoffs with a kid who is still so unproven.
