12/23 you are dead*. *unless Texans already wrapped up bye & home throughout the playoffs which is possible with a 2 game lead and tie breaker over Denver & Baltimore plus a game left with NE.

| Nice. So without leaning on a hollow argument that's the best you have? For what it's worth you're 0-2 against the Vikings in the 8-9 years the franchise has even been reactivated. 0-4 including preseason. | |

| Two season above 6-10, 8-8, and 9-7 in a division without Peyton Manning now and all of a sudden we're getting cocky? Shut up, baby dick. | |

- Did you watch the game? Receivers falling over, no one could hold the ball, every time some cut they slipped. Texans got a lead and took care if the ball and won the field position/TOP game. The Texans "great" offense is 2nd fiddle to their defense. Ill take the Bulls On Parade over any defense or offense in the league.
I saw the game. I saw Brandon Marshall have a good game and catch for over 100 yards recieving. What I didn't see was anyone catch for more than 35 yards on the Texans offense. Being a complete team means being able to pass the ball as well. When you are ahead and have the best RB in the game then you don't have to have elite passing. Look at the 49ers. They have a terrible QB and made a run with defense and Gore. Broncos sucked, but Von Miller & McGahee killed it. The difference is Schaub, Andre, and Daniels aren't terrible. Nobody plays four minute offense when they have a lead of 13-6 or 10-3. 95 passing yards for Houston. It doesn't matter who they play, where it is, what the conditions are. Nobody gameplans to throw for 100 yards or less in a professional football game ever. Did the Texans gameplan ok today? 527 passing yards. well, they needed every one of those passing yards after being lit up like a christmas tree by the mighty chad henne hahaha. the gameplan had to be torn up and thrown in the bin a good two hours before the game finished.

| LOL obvious troll is obvious. You're just mad because you made a stupid argument and couldn't carry it to the point where the other guy just got tired of the ridiculousness and decided to let the baby have his bottle. Next time I'll let you continue to make a fool of yourself for a bit, while at the same time pretending to have conceded(at least that's how you'll view it) so that you can save some face in your own view. | |

Gonna be tough to get by Patriots and/or Broncos. Ravens and Steelers could be tough by then as well. But I think Houston has a shot at it.

A&M has Maroon & White pants, jerseys, and helmets. We wear maroon tops & White pants at home. We wear white tops and maroon pants on the road. We maroon out at home once a year (LSU this year). This year we also white out on the road and have the past few years (Bama this year). This year (a first) we had a black alternate (black helmet with Texas logo, black jersey, & black pants.). Adidas came to us and offered to do something special since MSU was already planning to do so when they played us. It was a total surprise to everyone, including the players.

In the past didn't A&M only wear 1 helmet? Just the maroon helmet I thought? No matter the color of the jersey. But now I see some white helmet? Then you also have the black one you mentioned. But that white one is new too isn't it?

| kaepernick was lights out last night, very impressive.
also, i don't understand the fuss about ed reed getting suspended. reed may not have intended to hit sanders in the head but there was zero effort on his part to make a proper tackle and he was most definitely using his helmet as a weapon.
if the NFL is serious about player safety with regards to head injuries, that sort of hit has to stop, reed himself would also be vulnerable to concussion on that hit. he was in position, there was no good reason he couldn't have wrapped him up and still delivered a big hit in the process.

Broncos, Patriots, Bears, Bucs I don't think records really tell us who is the best right now. I definitely don't think Houston is the best team in the league right now.

I do think they're the best but I think they lose this week. Both sides of the ball are banged up. It's a short week after an OT game. If j joe can't go then mega is going to gain 300 yards.

Krause only missed two games in 16 years, Reed just doesn't stay healthy enough to be the GOAT. If I had to pick one guy as the best all time it would probably be Krause or Ronnie Lott with an edge to Ronnie Lott for dem rings.
