Hector Lombard offered UFC contract

First fight in the UFC? He probably beats everyone except Leben which is 50/50. But McGee and Ring etc are tougher than people realize.

LOL you are crazy. UFC jitters are not that crippling. Lombard would do Leben as bad or worse then Stann did Leben. If you want to argue Bisping has a 50/50 chance I won't call you crazy. But Leben? You are insane.

Yeah, Leben is tough and all but Lombard knocks his ass around. They both gas if it goes past two rounds, but Lombard can take Leben's bombs.

I think they should strike now and pull the trigger on Stann vs Lombard. Hector has already been idle since November, why wait for Spring and Summer fights to commence before giving him a matchup? Stann vs Lombard would be a logical fight to book and a treat for MMA fans.

Why is he a scrub? Why wouldn't he be when the only things he's done to date are decision the ghost of Paulo Filho's past, wrestlefuck the shit out of Karlos Vemola, and squeak a decision past Aaron Simpson. Because he hasn't done anything yet to think otherwise is why he's a scrub.

Lombard blasts Leben, McGee, Herman, and Markes into the grave. Rumble and Nick Ring are the only two capable of making things interesting with wrestling, and Ring only gets points here because he's wiley and doesn't make a habit of leaving himself open for huge bombs to land. Rumble probably makes a fight of it until he inevitably goes into cardiac arrest, at which time Lombard murders his face.

His last three wins make him as good as anyone currently in Bellator save Alexander Schlemenko and if he had those exact three wins and currently was signed to Bellator he'd be seen as significantly better by most MMA fans. Because MMA fans are stupid.

Forrest outstruck Rashad by one strike, and got knocked the fuck out for his troubles. His performance against Shogun is a skewed after-effect of Shogun's poor choices about taking a fight when he wasn't up for it. I'm not even going to bother with the Tito comment. Rampage is the only quality striker of that lot whom Forrest actually and truly bested with no reason to think it was a fluke.

Franklin did "fine" against Wanderlei in bar none the absolute worst performance of Wanderlei's career.

Being a technically proficient striker is not the same as being a dangerous striker.

I don't know about you guys but I think Bisping beats him. So chill.

Franklin is a good striker, Cote is a knockout puncher, yea these were good fights but these fights happened years ago, and shouldn't represent the most dangerous strikers he has faced. There is a dearth of dangerous, high quality strikers on Silva's resume. I want to see him take on a few more credible strikers before he retires.

Forest did all of that 3 to 5 years ago, Franklin was well rounded and still dangerous 2 to 3 years ago. Ya he would beat Cote but Cote was overhyped imo, Lutter made him look like an amateur.

Hendo beats Lombard in a frieking war, Lombard KOs Forrest and COte, probably decisions or stops Franklin
