Luke Rockhold or Hector Lombard?

1. Who would win a fight between the 2 in the UFC?

1. Who would win a fight between the 2 in the UFC? I think Luke's length & movement would give Lombard trouble
2. Who do you have ranked higher right now? Rockhold because he's beaten Souza. Lombard's 25 fight without a loss streak is about as unimpressive as a possible with the guys he's fought.
3. Who will have the better overall career? Rockhold is 27 and a Zuffa Champion. Lombard is 34 and will probably never achieve that much.
4. Who has the better chance of beating Anderson Silva? I'll go with Lombard. He's fearless and his one punch knockout power.

1. Who would win a fight between the 2 in the UFC? I'll go Rockhold. He's got much better cardio and movement with the speed to really fuck up Lombard's day if he doesn't get caught early on.

2. Who do you have ranked higher right now? Rockhold. Beating Jacare>Anyone Lombard has fought in the last five years

3. Who will have the better overall career? Rockhold is on the road to having more overall success just by the sheer amount of opportunities he will get(in theory). Lombard won't be able to fight in the UFC for at least another 8 months to a year from what I remember reading not long ago. By then Lombard is 35 years old and has been fed a steady diet of scrubs between the solid to almost solid fighters.

4. Who has the better chance of beating Anderson Silva? Lombard has the better shot just due to his willingness to rush in head first in the hopes of landing the big shot. Rockhold doesn't have that kind of power and despite his evolving striking attack and movement he's still light years behind Anderson in that aspect of the game, which will have to be the way he looks to win the fight. He's not going to grapple Anderson around.

Lombard on all but Career. Luke is young enough to shape out a better career for himself if he continues to improve.

Brian Ebersole - borderline top 25 WW
Prangley - borderline top 40 LHW

Again who? A bunch of not very good fighters. Its not like Fedor's run where guys fell off after fighting Fedor. These guys were never anything special.

I think Lombard is atleast as good as Brian Stann.
