| I think he's talking about the fact that Ordiz kind of did this to himself by going for that "desperate escape" after refusing to tap. | |

| This dude apparently got into an accident in Colombia or something. Started as a Paul Harris rumor and spread to different sites including Deadspin | |

| I knew there was no way he did that with a heel hook, only way something like that could happen is if like Ludo said it was done when someone tried to roll out of it the wrong way or some shit. | |

Well that was the rumor on the story. What it said was he refused to tap, then Toquinho torqued a little more, and Ordiz tried to pull out with some kind of escape and this is the result. It seems semi-possible but unlikely. I don't know that anyone wouldn't tap if he wrapped up a heel hook on them

Lol, this has to be a joke. As recently as ADCC this year 2 guys were complaining about him. He's a nutcase

| Those are the refs fault except for the first one imo. He can't let go untill the ref stops it or his opponent can just calm he didn't tap. In the second one you posted the ref didn't even stop the fight untill the dude who tapped explained he was hurt. In the ufc one, yeah dude tapped a bunch but when the ref stepped in he stopped. In the ADCC one the ref clearly is at fault for not being clear on his call of being out of bounds and not stopping the sub right away.
IMO PaulHarris doesn't just talk about being a limb home like all these other fools he means that shit and if your gonna ref his fight you can't fuck around the health of his opponent is really up to you.

| Guys like Aoki and Harris aren't playing around, guys like that are the reason you tap out. Guys like GSP doing half ass attempts are the reason guys refuse to tap. No risk of damage, no tap. | |

| Harris has clearly held holds for longer then need be. And Im not buying the "My eye's were closed" business.
Wouldn't mind it so much vs Chael, but when he's fucking up a leg of some nobody, it just looks tasteless.

| On another forum I frequent we had a conversation about a month ago about the possibility that Rousimar Palhares might be developmentally disabled in some way. With the way he grew up it's entirely possible he slipped through the cracks. There's just something about the look on his face most of the time that says "man child", and the retard strength speaks for itself. | |

Pretty sure someone brought that up here. Like you said he had a very poor and rough upbringing.
