| So, you think that Brock wouldn't crumble when blasted in the head by Fedor?...rightttt. Brock was dominated the entire fight with Cain. Fedor knocks Werdum to the ground, starts pounding on him and then gets caught. Silva gets his ass whooped for FIVE rounds and then catches Sonnen. Brock and Silva are not who we thought they were. No way, no how, Fedor would get dominated like Silva and Brock did. | |

| 04. Frankie Edgar 05. Jose Aldo 06. Mauricio Rua 07. Fedor Emelianenko 08. Lyoto Machida 09. BJ Penn 10. Jon Fitch
Aldo hasn't been tested yet and the rest have defeats in the past few years. |

| [quote="Andrew the Raider King"]Sorry too. If Brock lost the way a highly touted, savvy veteran did to a man with virtually no stand-up everybody would have bashed the shit out of him for not understanding the fight game. Plus Fedor has a dismal record against guys he should never have fought. That hurt his name and reputation. Fedor is not top 10 and I still don't think he is above the UFC top 4, which still includes Brock. Please note that Brocks loss, he actually lasted longer than Fedor did against Werdum too.[/quote
So you're saying that Fedor has lost (dismal record) against guys he should never have fought. Just wondering what that means exactly?

I don't think he'd get blasted in the head by Fedor. I'm not convinced that he could stop the Brock double leg. And let's not act like Fedor "got caught" like it was some miracle guillotine or something. He was punching wildly in the guard of somebody who obviously knows how to put up triangles. That's not "getting caught". That's putting yourself in a perilous position. People make it out like it's a good thing that Fedor fights to people's strengths. That's stupid. Could Georges have knocked out Dan Hardy standing? Probably, but why would he? He's the best in the world for a reason. Fedor, on the other hand, is not a smart fighter. And let's be real, intelligence is part of fighting. Let's also be real about his recent resume. It doesn't come close to comparing with anybody who actually should be in the top 10 p4p discussion. I'm sorry, but beating Sylvia, Arlovski, and Rogers isn't p4p stuff.

| Who has Aldo beat? He even knocked back a fight against Florian. Rua lost to Griffin 5 fights ago and looked awful last year against Coleman. I know he wasn't 100% at the time but Cain is undefeated and I can't see anybody besides Fedor beating him. |

| AA, Rogers, Sylvia vs Mir, Herring and Couture
No major differences there, except for Fedor's opponents being ranked higher at the time of the bout.

It wasn't but a day ago that all sorts of guys were saying "I can't see anybody beating Brock." A bunch of dudes could beat Cain. Kongo rocked him 5 times.

| Thanks freak.
I'm gonna wait to tally up a new ranking for a couple of months, probably after the new years show, a lot of top 20 guys will be fighting between now and that time. Also I was planning on announcing a special Top 20 p4p to finish off the 2010 p4p rankings.

why? is he unbeatable or something? I like Cain, I think he's real good, but there is no aura of invincibility surrounding that guy. besides we saw how an that aura worked for Brock.

| Carwin and JDS are both huge tests for Cain. In SF he would have even more.
Oh, I get it, Cain now inherits the forum idiocy invincible assbabble. God.

| Fedor wouldn't stop his shot, he'd be pretty much pinned on the ground, Rogers got him down and gave him some trouble there. | |

| LA I take it you've never heard of Pride fighting championships. Fedor would pop back up to his feet like Cain did or rip one of his arms off. Lesnar is garbage. | |

The guy is very very good, I'd take him over Fedor without hesitation right now.
And JDS is mad good, but Cain will fight smart and take him down.

| Carwin destroyed Lesnar. That result would never come about again. Fedor beats anyone in the UFC easily besides Cain, who I still think he could beat 6 of 10 times. | |
