Strikeforce announces Jan.7 show at Hard Rock in LV. Rockhold vs Jardine, Lawal vs. Larkin, Lawler vs Amagov & Saffiedine vs Stinson. #MMA

Mo is going to destroy Lorenz. That's kind of a weird fight. Lawler-Amagov will be a war while it lasts and Stinson-Saffiedine will be interesting just to see if Tarec has progressed at being able to not be controlled by wrestlers like he was by Woodley

Kind of wish they would have picked up better style matchups. Larkin is going to get GnP to death.

Hopefully Larking realizes he is a MW after this fight, and a title shot down there would not be hard to get.

Mo does like to stand though. I could see him testing Larkin's stand up first.

I think he might have learned something in his loss, don't stand with someone that has the ability to turn out your lights. I'm pretty confident in saying that Mo will use his wrestling here. I would be shocked if he didn't.

Well he did try to take Cavalcante down. But got stuffed. It was in the clinch against the fence where he was finished.

And he very well may go directly for the takedown. Or he may see what Larkins got.

Although to your point, Larkin vs Cavalcante would prob have been a more interesting fight.

Mo could do damage standing against Larkin anyway. Obviously, though he could take him down and just unload on him

My thought as well, I doubt Mo is just going to concede the standup adv.

Yeah, most guys from AKA are stand up first fighters with the wrestling ready if need be.

Mo dispatches of Larkin easily

Lawler-Amagov should be pure entertainment. I got Lawler.

They should just call this card Strikeforce: One Sided

Rockhold will destroy Jardine

Mo will clearly win all three rounds or finish Larkin

Saffiedine will demolish Tyler Stinson

Lawler vs Amagov is the only competitive fight...Hopefully this card improves.

Damn, I was thinking of Brunson in my original post. Not even sure I know who Stinson is

Stinson fought in the second Bellator WW tournament and got finished by Hornbuckle pretty quickly. Then he fought Steve Carl in a WW tournament qualifying fight and got finished pretty quickly.

From what i've seen..Sponge should wreck him.
