| I just read an interview from yesterday featuring Frank Mir and was alittle surprised to see that he wants a rematch with Brock but doesnt think Brock will be champ cause Carwin will beat him. Then when asked about spider he said he would rip Spiders shoulder out of the socket if they fought and that Spider needed to stay at MW and dab into LHW but stay away from HW. I like his confidence but Do u guys really think he wants another Brock ass kicking? I dont. He said he needs to take care of Kongo and that the Brock fight will happen but Im not so sure. What do u guys think? | |

| I know it is 1 and 1 with those two but if you ask me Brock was whooping his ass both times. I dont think you will Brock / Frank III
I'm going to come out of the closet and say I like Brock . With that said I do think he has his hands full in this next fight.

| Brock bets Carwin and Mir the 3rd time around, but I doubt that fight happens because I think Mir loses to Anderson, Nog, JDS, Cain, and Carwin so he never gets that 3rd shot. | |

| Mir is an arrogant, shit talking guy. But he backs it up by wanting to fight the best, even if the best has laid a recent beat down on him. But in both cases his argument is strong, though I think Brock ruins him again, he is 1-1 vs the guy, and as a pretty big heavy he should feel confident against the 185 champ. I don't care much to see Brock Mir 3(but if Mir wins in the meantime I see no avoidance of it), but Mir Spider is intriguing. | |

| Mir butchered Nog. I know Nog was sick, but if he won I guarentee we wouldn't have heard word one of an illness. Why does everyone doubt Mir so much. And Silva would be in huge trouble if that fight hit the mat. Mir will sub Kongo and then probably face the winner of Cain/Ben or Brock if he loses to Carwin. | |

| Anderson would pick Mir apart. Mir's a frickin retard, who does he think he is? He's a top 10 HW simply because there's only about 6 or 7 good ones. Frank you lost to Brandon Vera, shut up. | |

| Geez guys, wtf is Mir supposed to say? "If I fought Lesnar again he'd beat my ass worse than last time. I never want another shot at the title because I'm afraid of Brock"? It's not like he scheduled a press conference to announce that he was calling Brock out. Anyone in the HW division when asked if they wanted a title shot (and thus a fight against the title holder) would say yes - if they didn't, they're in the wrong business.
Here's an actual excerpt from an article up on Yahoo now:
And with all of these opponents in Mir's mind, is a rubber match with Lesnar on the horizon?
"Obviously if I go out there and improve on the things I need to improve on, I'll get an opportunity to be locked in a cage with [Lesnar] again," Mir said.
That sounds to me like he's admitting he needs to improve before he gets a chance to fight Lesnar again.
I think Anderson Silva would beat him in a manner similar to that of what he did to Forrest - but that fight won't happen. There's no way the UFC let's Anderson go out on that note. I don't think we'll see Silva fight at HW unless he signs a contract extension.

Mir's statement should have been, "Sorry guys for being such a assbag, I'll go get a new haircut so I don't look so gay." I hope Kongo beats that ass.
