Was wondering what you guys thought about Bones. I'm part of this other, obscure MMA board where 90% of the posters jizz all over themselves when discussing Bones. They either have him in their p4p top ten or LW top 5. I think he has some exciting moves and potential to be a contender but has faced some typically inferior opposition thus far in the UFC. I could justify him breaking the LW top ten though with a strong win over Hamil.

Young with tons of size (longest reach in the UFC I think) and tons a ability. He still has work to do at this point, but the sky is the limit. I want to see how he deals with a bigger threat (Tito, Forrest, Rich, etc) but I wouldn't mind if the UFC moves him slowly either.

He could be really special, but if O'Brien had more pop in his shots Bones would have been KO'd at 100. Counter strikers may be his weakness, not a good thing in today's LHW division.

Agree with Wolf... And his conditioning could be an issue with guys that will take him late into fights...

Hes good but untested. That German suplex he did on Bonnar was beautiful but Bonnar always loses to anyone that can wrestle.

Let's wait to see how he handles a heavy-hitter like Hamill that won't be affected by his wrestling.
