Anyway, the idea Swich has any of the skills needed to beat even a declined Shamrock insults the concept of "MMA all time great" in the first place. Even now Chuck Liddell doesn't lose to Vladimir Matyushenko or Stephen Bonnar and even now Shamrock never loses to Mike Swick.

Sheesh, going by the second page it seems a win over Phil Baroni is the only thing Frank Shamrock can hang his hat on.

His performance against an extremely dialed Cung Le was very impressive. Frank was still an awesome fighter in 2006-2007 before the broken arm and i think he would defeat Mike Swick in that time period. When he came back against Diaz he was not up for it anymore and the injuries had clearly taken their toll. Mike Swick probably beats him in that spot, but the Frank that first came back before missing a year with a broken arm was legit and would beat a lot of good
