Heck legalizing weed and tapping the reserves would help us out big time right now if we would just convert to using bio-fuel and electric cars. I hate sounding like a hippy, but it is the truth. We can run any automobile with fuel made from corn, but we dont have the room and time to grow enough corn to supply the demand. Hemp on the other hand grows much faster and in many other ways it is easy to make an alternative source for fuel.
