| If they were willing to pair SDR up with another kind of up and comer HW like Lavar, then pairing up these two should be a problem. Think it'd be a great fight and test for both guys. | |

| After last night I think SDR would have a slight advantage but it would be close. | |

| Be an interesting fight, Cormier would have wrestling power advantage, SDR, overall skill, speed/quickness advantages. | |

| Tough call, kind of why I want to see it, could see Cormier controlling the fight with his wrestling or SDR keeping it standing enough to pick apart Cormier a bit. | |

| Im thinking they keep SDR and Cormier apart for a bit. These are their 2 best hwy prospects, I doubt they square off yet b4 they are fully established.
Either guy vs Griggs seems pretty plausible. And not a gimme.

| I'd imagine they'll be having more reserve bouts, hopefully they can get Cormier..and maybe even Todd Duffee and Ricco Rodriguez involved in these scraps. SDR can't go back to fight Mahe's now that he's finally beaten somebody that was on the same track.
I like Cormier in that bout.

| gotta disagree, they need to build both of them as UFC did with Carwin and Cain V., let Del Rosario fight Griggs and let Cormier get a couple more fights under his belt.
Build them so you eventually have 2 talented young heavies in the division. Dont let 1 of hem ruin the other 1's momentum.

| SF is different then the UFC, they don't have this stable of Mid level HWs to feed guys while working them up. Can I understand working them up seperately? certainly, but who are you going to give them? All the guys in the tourney minus Rogers are pretty big steps up, and AA shouldn't be considered cause giving a guy off 4 straight losses isn't a good play. After that you have Griggs and Othereem? Think them fighting eachother is a good natural progression, but I wouldn't care if they didn't fight yet. | |

| Lashley, Griggs, Walker (ya let one of em smash Walker), Lavar is still there, Mike Kyle can jump to heavy, plus the guys in the tournament they can easily build them up without matching them against 1 another | |

| The guys in the Tourney would be huge jumps for either guy, cause you're looking at Reem, Foot, Werdum, Serg, Barnett and then as I said the only real option there is Rogers. Not even sure if Lashley is still fighting plus that's a stepback from Lavar. Kyle is fighting Mousasi and is really a LHW. Cormier against Lavar off the SDR loss isn't any better then what he's been doing on Challengers. So you're looking at Griggs or Othereem which are steps back for SDR from Lavar, and easy fights for Cormier, or eachother...Rogers too would make sense. | |
