I think both Edgar and Maynard would be able to take Melvin down and keep him there, maybe not the first time they get him down, but as the fight went on. Also, I think both of their stand up is much better then Dunham's who, if you watch the fights where his standup is effective, he is only effective striking against guys who he has a good reach advantage over. To me, that tells me its not that his stand up technique is that great, but that those he has fought with shorter reach haven't been technical enough to get around that disadvantage. Edgar is a good enough striker where, regardless of the reach, he will close the distance and land. I agree with Miller vs. Guillard or Sotiropolous vs. Guillard. Either one would be a great matchup, similar to the stylistic matchup of Dunham vs. Guillard, which would likely be determined in that middle ground.
