so maybe he is not really hurt at all, maybe he just didnt want to take the test to get caught and is saying he got the injury!

Says Cox... "Sean has passed 7 drug tests since the California incident... he separated his shoulder in training and had to pull out of his fight... MRI was sent to Zuffa. He didn't skip any test... if you're not fighting, you're not going to apply for a license. No big conspiracy in this."

If true, great. I agree that if you're hurt and not fighting there's no reason to pee in a cup. But his past isn't helping here. Curious if Zuffa will release info on that MRI?...

Ya, Sherk is such a roider for not catching a plane and flying out to a state he never wanted to fight in anyway and won't be for a long time since he is injured amirite!

No need to pee in the cup when he's not even fighting in the state. What's the big deal here really.

That never made sense to me. Why the fuck am I flying across the country to pee in a cup? Why am I flying across country to pee in a cup, to get a license? Why am I flying across country to pee in a cup, to get a license, for a fight I am not going to fight in? NOT! Plus why can't they contact a place close to Sherk that they are comfortable with that is Licensed and bonded so he can pee in a cup? That is worse than when I was in the Army and some guys in Spain needed a urinalysis so they flew them (42 guys) up to pee in a cup and then back. Instead of 2 guys down to collect the samples and then fly them back. All commercial all at taxpayer expense.

Sherk stated publicly that he never wanted to fight in California again. And if you remember back to his original troubles he had a compelling case for wht he tested positive to the reduced his suspension.
