reason for me is because I saw JAWS when I was 6 and frisking loved it, add in that Robert Shaw gave the performance of a life time as Quint before passing away soon after.
On that note, what is it about good actors giving GREAT performances right before passing away, happened here with Robert Shaw, Richard Jordan (as Gen. Armistead in Gettysburg) and Heath Ledger just to name a few.
