| No offense to any older ppl out there, because im only 19 years old, but my god I feel like an older person than I am.
Im no longer gonna be doing squats for weight lifting on account of it has been messing up my left knee and its about shot now...Im surprised that my knee is in that kinda shape at this age and really SUCKS! lol | |

| knees and back are fucked in all different ways for all people. I am 28 and have had back problems for about 15 years. I can pick up a house but as soon as I tie my shoe my back goes out and I stay in shape.. | |

| Whiney ass kids... Just stop it already... lol. My body didn't start falling apart even with everything I have done until recently. Now I'm kicking it with a broken neck and a blown rotator cuff. Even the injures earlier in life haven't come back to haunt me except for the torn knee I suffered at 18 is now starting to show signs of arthritis. | |
