Chael Sonnen on MMA Live

What are your guys opinions of Chael on MMA Live? I think he is a great color analyst.

I wish ESPN would replace Franklin and Davis with Sonnen permanently.

Davis is there to appeal to the English crowd. Franklin is there to appeal to the older boxing crowd.

I'd rather have Sonnen's voice box removed.

I don't mind Franklin really. John Anik is a dork though.

Yea i think Sonnen is actually quite good at commentary

not bad but love how he makes the james toney trash talk comment after all the shit he pulled.

If ESPN wants to appeal to the English crowd they should get Dan Hardy on the show. He's alot more intelligent than he appears.

Yeah Franklin has a tendency to mumble alot and pull out the most obvious answers.

Franklin also tends to not look at the camera or the person he is addressing. I guess it would be like talking to Stevie Wonder without the glasses.

Chael is awesome on the show. Its nice to have someone break up all the ball-licking between the fighters that do the show. He was calling Kenny out sitting right next to him on how shitty he looked

so piss off 90% of your viewing audience in order to appeal to 10%. Not smart.

No. I actually understand it. Whatever the Limey's do, the rest of Europe tends to follow...eventually. There is more money in Europe than in 50 China's and 10 USA's. They hide theirs better.

Can't knock him too hard for that... One guy backed it up for 23 minutes, the other guy looked like an old, fat boxer in a cage fight. I think Chael should be on the show at least every other week.

Chael's mouth and performance were both good enough to leave him in the exact same position he was before the last fight. Few fighters who don't walk away a winner can say that.
