Who wins this matchup of elite wrestlers who are undefeated in MMA? Ben is 6-0 and Hendricks 8-0. Both 2 time National Champs if I remember correctly.

not sure, i dont think i have ever seen hendricks fight. I've only watched Askren a couple times. I wasnt overwhelmed by anything other than his ground skills.

I guess it'd come down to who has the better standup.

Askren would take him down at will.

youve seen him fight, he just appears at first as a lesser Jon Fitch clone. When he is actually probably better than Fitch ultimately.

Oh I didn't know this guy was really a two time winner. Shit son. I still think Askren is a better wrestler but at this level other skills would come into play. Hendricks has a headstart on Askren, so he'd be a smart pick.

Almost exactly a year apart in age. Hendricks is about 14 months older.

Askren won at 174lbs while Hendricks won at 165lbs. Not sure if that little bit matters.

Hendricks in the fights I've seen has better hands actually. Askren's worst matchup besides of course even more polished champion wrestlers like Kos or GSP.

Thats funny too because Hendricks looks like the bigger guy.

I would go with Hendrix because the grappling is a draw while Hendrix can put people in danger on the feet.
