Great we get to see Forrest get beat up again.

I really like this fight, I'm not writing Forrest off. He should come back strong.

I agree Sooners... We thought Forrest had no business being in the cage against Page and Shogun (I know). When Forrest has a game plan and isn't fighting Anderson, he "usually" shows up and gives us a hell of a fight. This isn't a gimme for Nog by any strecth, IMO.

I think it is a perfect fight for each. Lil' Nog wins, he gets to climb a couple more rungs. If Forrest wins, it will be a rebound towards a title shot.

Not entirely sure if Forrest wasn't a NY Jets.

Id root for Forrest, but I would be pretty certain LIl Nog would take this one.

What fight is that? Guys ear was on his chest. Break his neck? Looks like he was decapitated.

turning forrest into a gate keeper. this is a bad fight for him cause lil nog is faster and hits harder this should be a slower version of the spider fight with the same results. I like forrest and hopes he comes up with a good gameplan for this one. But hey if lil nog wins in fashion we have a new contender which we knew this from the start (nog).

I like Forrest too but I don't even see a game plan he could come up with to be successful in this fight. Nog is arguably at the top of his game right now and is better than Forrest is pretty much every category. Forrest doesn't have the power to hurt him either. I would assume his best chance would be trying to work GnP but I don't see that working

Forrest has a ton of heart, and that's why it's possible he could win the fight.

Realistically though, I see him takking a beating, Lil Nog has way better boxing skills, way better BJJ skills and is overall the better fighter.

Looks like Forrest might be thinking the same way we are. Sounds scared to me.

Forrest isn't dumb, he realizes its a bad matchup. I'm sure he would much rather be fighting a Franklin
