My favorite was some guy down here at court bitched at the judge saying he only had a quarter pound of weed and he didn't understand all the jail time. Judge looked at him and satted "anything over 1 ounce is a felony with a minimum of 2years for a first offense. This is your 3rd. 7 years."

ya ,.....honestly qps are eas to get any 15 year old can get one for 115 bucks, i personally dont think it should be a felony.....but I can understand the judges point of view
