Jake said when he signed with the UFC he wanted to fight GSP and Anderson. Because I have no desire to see GSP ever fight Spider, I hope it comes true.

I don't like GSP so I'm hoping for a upset. But Shields fighting Anderson...... please. No way Dana makes that happen even if my dreams come true and Jake beats GSP.

why not? Jake asked for that fight day 1. He fought at MW and even beat a deserving UFC #1 MW contender his last fight.

I don't think Dana would make that fight right after Shields beat GSP, if he does, I think Dana would try to build Jake up before he throw him to Anderson and make more money off the fight. But I did almost forget that Jake beat the only guy other than Chael to win a round against Anderson so maybe I'm wrong.

He outwrestled Dan and he has very good ju-jitzu, I would be shocked to see the Spider submit Jake. On the feet it would be brutal but if he could get him down, game on. Dana admitted himself that Spider has "cleared out the divison". Jake would be new blood, he hasn't lost since 04(15 fight win streak) and if he beat GSP he would be a deserving canidate IMO. Why not? Unlike GSP, Jake has actually fought at MW.

Actually I'm over the Greasegate thing. There is no evidence it's been done with GSP's camp since then and I am willing to give GSP the benefit of the doubt. This coming from a BJ Penn fan as well. However the reason I dislike GSP is the fact that he pretty much refuses to finish anymore. There is absolutely no reason at all why he didn't finish Koscheck. Dude couldn't stand having an ice bag on that eye after round three, time to put him down.

Here my thing it effected the fight I don't care what anyone says the fight may have ended the same but it did effect the fight. I'm not saying he is always greesing, I'm not even saying they meant to put that vasoline on his back, but they did and it did effect BJ's guard which did give GSP and unfair advantage. The fact that GSP denys that it effected the fight is the reason I hate him. He may have beaten BJ anyway but that's not the way it should've went down if GSP was any kind of man he would've admitted the it effected the fight even though it was not intentional and kicked BJ's ass again under the new rules of who applies the vasoline to fights faces.
