Terms of Perkins' contract with the Thunder weren't disclosed. The Celtics had reportedly offered him a four-year, $22 million contract. Perkins was reportedly seeking a deal worth $30 million over that same span.

Yeah Im not sure if they play Dallas head to head anymore this season though.

Murphy isn't a all NBA defensive type big man, but he bangs, losing Perk then getting Murphy while still picking up Nenad and Green was huge for them, they just got better. Murphy is the kind of player the Heat could use, but he made the right choice.

I still like the Celtics in the East so I think he made the right choice also.

im tempted to say the Bulls can win the east, theyre playing some of the best D in the league

Celtics are the fav, I also like the Bulls chances, but also like them for the future, like the Thunder.

I'm geting more confident in the 3-Peat even though a couple teams have HC over us right now, something tells me these guys have been going through the motions all year.

Should be interesting this year. The West isn't as deep as usual but the East has improved. No matter who comes out of the East they will be tough to beat. If I had to bet money I would bet on LA to win the West but the Spurs(I hate them) could be tough(if healthy) in the playoffs for sure. Could be an epic Western Conference Finals.

LOL it won't be a cake walk. Especially if you have to play both OKC and San Antonio. If you do make it there the team from the East will be another handful, gonna be tough.

Yeah the playoffs should be nice this year.

We played horrible Sunday and beat you at home, you guys will be good for a while, but beating the Lakers? not this year at least.


By the way, the Thunder and Spurs are set to face eachother in the 2nd Rd, I'm very much thinking OKC upset.

I think the Spurs would win because of the pace they would set against OKC. It would be a snails pace and the games would probably be played in the upper 80s to lower 90s. Advantage Spurs.
