I was told today that Ortiz-Kotelnik is unlikely to be made. Besides financial issues I am told Kotelnik wants to move up in weight, doesn't want to make 140. I seriously doubt that fight happens. |

| This is happening alot. Promoters throwing name fighters against each other than for whatever reason it not happening.

| I ain't surprised by this, Kotelnik has talked about moving to Welterweight ever since he lost to Khan. |
